- Project Lead of major HR Transformation Initiative for environmental and public park organization. Project involved moving organization to a newly structured best practice People + Culture operation including: HR assessment, HCMS implementation, design of new performance management system, learning + employee development plan, talent acquisition strategy, compensation structure and DEI Plan and Program
- Conducted HR + organization culture assessment for 3,000 employee, $600M health system
- Served as "Interim" Head of People for NYC based LGBTQ nonprofit. Developed transformation plan including the implementation of a new HCMS and design of employee engagement strategy and compensation program
